The most recent racket I've hit with that reminded me of the 6.1 95 16x18, which I played with for many years thru various generations, is the Prince Phantom Pro 93P (14x18).
The head size is more like a 95 than a 93. Highly recommend giving it a hit.
It sucks that Wilson drops grommets. I have been looking for racquets, too, and like that Volkl, Head, and Babolat all seem to stock old grommets. I like my Six.One 16x18s, but when the grommets wear out I know they're destined for the trash heap.

You know, yeah - It kind of does. I used the 16x18 for a while and the main difference between the two was the crazy pop from the Wilson due to the thicker beam and stiffness. But it swung quite similar for sure.
There might be a Tecnifibre racket that fits the bill, but among the almost 80 frames I've owned, and countless others I've tried, the VCore 95 is the closest fit to the 6.1 95 models. Not identical, but strong similarities, right down to how the frame feel in the hand (rounded beam f.inst.), which is important to me.
