I have the Head MG Mid and OS and I think they would be great. Also just picked up a Head Microgel Radical Extreme new for $82 on sale and pre strung. 100 SI head size. Kind of a tweener frame but I like it.
 
Going for previous years models and demo sales is a good way to pick up premium rackets at a good price.
Getting a 2015 Wilson Blade or Babolat Pure Drive would be a good thing to look for at your level if you are young and your elbows can handle it.
