Racquet like the Pro Staff 97 but more flexible and soft?

Wilson Ultra Pro 16x19, Prince Phantom 97 and the yonex VCore Pro as previously stated.
Outsiders would be the Wilson Blade and Head Gravity lines.

There's an updated recent version of the Wilson Six One 95 at wilson pro labs. But the ones with 4 3/8" handles seem out of stock currently.

The 2020 Prestige MP is similar in static weight, balance, SW, head size, and beam width as the v13 Pro Staff 97 (non RF version). But it's significantly softer & more flexible and has a denser string pattern too. Nice stick.

I used to play with the Ultra Tour and it gave me also TE like 3 years ago, that time I started playing with my Pure Strike P17 and it went away, around those times I was trying things in my game, today I'm settled and I play my best with the Pro Staff 97 so I'll take a look into the options you guys gave me. Thanks!

I cannot believe the Ultra Tour GAVE you tennis elbow. What string and tension were you using?

OP I can't believe you got TE from using the UT with 63RA...unless you strung it with high tension poly and/or have bad strokes. What was your set-up?

DR/EZONE 98
I have a Ezone DR 98 and have been playing with it until I find a replacement for the PS97, or that was the plan, I went to a store near my house, it was a while since I've been there, I was asking for the new Ezones and the Vcore Pro but lo and behold, they had and blue Ezone DR 98 there, new and just perfect for me to have a second one, I officially switched to the Ezone DR 98.

It was poly at 52 lbs, and I don't have bad strokes but I tend to get a little bit lazy with my footwork at times and tend to hit the topspin with a flick when the ball is close to my body, at that time playing with the Ultra Tour, I think it was the string job and this tendency to arm and flick the ball when I didn't execute my footwork properly and the ball closed in on me, with the Pro Staff 97 I think it was a combo of the same things plus haven't played in a year to play 4 times a week.

Anyways, it was a good run but I don't think I will be coming back to the Pro Staff, my elbow is getting sensitive and I think the flex on the Yonex is better for me.

According to tennisnerd and myself which I have tried, a softer PS97 would be Dunlop 300 series (Aerogel or MFil) which are lighter but head heavier thus similar swing weight. Their current series for the similar specs (98sq inch, 16x19) would be Dunlop CX 200.
