Racquet similar to Vcore Tour 97(310)

Hi, I've been playing with Yonex racquets for a long time. I used to play with vcore tour 97(310), ai 98, dr 98, which were great. I also played with vcore tour g 310 which i didn't like, for me it played more like head then yonex. I sold them all because i wanted to try something new and got babolat pure strike project7. I'm going back to yonex now and i want to buy a racquet that has similar feel like vcore tour 97 but maybe with a little bit more power. I was considering sv 98 or maybe new ezone 98 or going back to dr98 because vcore tour 97 is very hard to find these days. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I have the vcore tour f 97 16x21. Hit the new vcore pro 97 at TW demo court at IW last week. Honestly don't think they are much different. Might demo it and see if you like it.

The SV98 has a 6 string main throat configuration, which is where much of the power and spin comes from. The Vcore and most other racquets have a 8 mains configuration for a tighter sweetspot.

I'm from Croatia so unfortunately i can't demo the racquet. The review says the tour f is low powered so I think I'm gonna pass on it.

I bought sv98, and I'm impressed! Great power and spin, definitely better then dr98. Only downside for now is that when i play with it it's feels heavier then it is. Babolat pure strike was easier to play with and they are the same weight. I guess i just have to get used to it!

Try using thinner strings or add weight to in grip.
