so I placed an order last night from TW for some strings and grommets. I just received a information email regarding my order, total, items, etc...? But the first line says "Thank you for placing an order with Racquetball Warehouse!"

is there a slight malfunction with TW in its confirmation emails? it then proceeds to give me the information of Chris Merritt who is the online representative for Racquetball Warehouse!?!?!

then afterwards provides me a link to TW for my order.

I'm confused...

no problem, as long as I get my 5 sets of strings, and my grommets within this week, it won't be a problem! I can trust you guys, and you have the best customer service so its all good!
