Radical OS max tension differential for launch angle

I love the Microgel Radical OS but want to lower the launch angle. I have strung it up at 65 lbs with signum pro poly plasma 15l but that hurts the arm so I was thinking to lower the launch angle by stringing the crosses tighter then the mains. I was thinking 45 lbs mains and 65 lbs crosses. Could this cause damage to the racquet frame? If so, what about 40 lbs mains and 60 lbs crosses or 50 lbs mains and 60 lbs crosses?

Thanks!

Smaller headsize racket and/or stiffer string will lower launch angle. Who strings their crosses 20 lbs tighter?

The Radical OS racquets have pretty flexible hoops, so you may not have much choice about your tension differentials. When I had a Liquidmetal Radical OS I strung it at 58/59 with synthetic gut to get the proper hoop shape. Otherwise it was a little short in the length.

Poly at 65# is high for a frame that has a recommended range of 52-62# using SG. Part of your issue is because you are using 15L SPPP. If you switch to 16 or thinner, the DT would automatically increase. The other option is to hybrid using a sticky cross string.

There could be a technique swing issue, but I will will not say anything else other than "use less of a low to high" swing.
