Rafa said he liked the conditions in the Semi-Final

He said in the presser that he liked the conditions because it was 16 degrees and not windy.

If it's similar on Sunday, Rafa shouldn't feel particularly troubled. I think conditions have only hurt him when they had him playing in the middle of the night in serious cold against Sinner. That obviously won't be the case on Sunday (at least in terms of a night match)

If Rafa is feeling comfortable in these conditions, there goes Novak's supposed advantadge.

This sounds a bit familiar. Have you attended the STC?

"Supposed" advantage? All reverence for Rafa's RG record and his clay Godliness, but this extremely important match will mostly be played between the ears. Djokovic owns Nadal mentally in slams since 2014. The last time they played on PC, Djokovic beat him, 5 years ago. Food for thought.

Conditions won’t be ideal for Rafa, aka either a sunny day or tornado, but as long as it’s not drizzling they should be good enough. Rafa knows what he has to do to win, slap that forehand down the line with conviction and don’t hit too many short balls.

He's been living, training, and playing in these conditions for a fortnight, he's probably just acclimatised to them by now.

What does it have to do with mentality? That was 2015 Nadal who lost to Berdych, Brown and Fognini in the other slams, and was getting destroyed by lots of other players during the year. This RG 2015 match was NID, Nadal never had a chance given his form that year.

I agree he has clear mental problems against Djokovic, but their RG 2015 match is not an example of that.

Last clay meeting was in Rome. That is more relevant potentially. I shall rewatch that tomorrow to see if they are playing differently now.
