Is it only me or Rafa's shirt did look a bit baggy at the Rafa vs Cilic match?
I was thinking the same thing...his shirt looked huge
I looked through some pics... In the Cilic match Nadal was wearing the retail version of the fuego shirt, with the paterns on it... On every other match, he's worn his custom version of the shirt which does NOT have the pattern... here are two pics for reference.
Also the v-neck overlap is opposite on both shirts. Take a close look.
Both shirts clearly have the pattern on it, just take a closer look. I can clearly see them, even on the 2nd pic.
Geez, looks like he just came out of a pool...
You can see that pattern it is, this shirt is bigger hug him so and do not stick to the body. Also shows that the flange is completed in one of the other party than the previous.
On closer inspection you're right... the flames are there which is obvious, but so is the pattern found on the retail version... I guess the only differences are the size and the v-neck overlap
Shut it if you're here to post dumb comments please.
the commentators on espn said that he had lost some weight
it just makes him fell fresher....this was said by the manager of rafa`s in an enterview for espn latinamerica.
Proves how much they know... I doubt it's possible to loose that amount of weight in such a short span of time. I'd understand if they said he'd gone up a size for his t-shirt, though.
I would say just the opposite. His arms and neck and calves are bigger than they were last fall, but those muscles are much less defined. As I posted elsewhere, this indicates that he has gained weight, but that weight is body fat. His body fat % is higher than I have ever seen it, indicating a lack of fitness.
I was thinking the same thing the entire match.
Usually he likes to have a ridiculously tight fit.
It just looked weird so baggy.
Nando did the same thing this year throughout the AO.
Where did you get this info?? His body fat percentage is higher?? Did you measure it yourself?? Got any sources?
I spent years as an athletic and personal trainer, and one can determine this simply by looking at him. It isn't difficult
I think you just kinda owned him I have this shirt and it is naturally very big (bigger than other Nike shirts) It was purposely designed that way.
I'm pretty sure he didn't wan to feel like a sweaty mess and have his shirt cling to him like the match before. i have some shirts that are on the tighter side (nadal shirts actually) and it does get annoying when they cling to you and have to pick it off yourself. he doesn't need another thing to pick at people!
