For Bulldal it's all about dirt and nothing but dirt. People are still waiting for him to win 1 set off Djokovic on hardcourts.

The moment there was a possibility for him to play Djokovic off clay he chose to quit! Disgust.

Not so good but Nadal did the goods pre 14.

Shows why it's possible nobody is the GOAT because the all have a flaw.

Since 2018, Feddyphants has not won a Grandslam and has been stuck at 20. Meanwhile, Djoker is now at 21 and Rafa at 22 GS, with a chance at 23 at this year's USO.

The pain and the tears of the Feddyphants are just sooooo delicious :-D

During his prime he was outplaying both of them for most of the time. He would still be leading both head to heads if he didn't meet Djokovic like 1000 times during 2015-2016. (compared to just one meeting in 2017)
He'd still lead the h2h vs Fed, but not necessarily vs Djokovic

lets take out RG 06, Rome 07, RG 07 because DJoko was young in 06, still not that good on clay in 07
take out the 7 matches in 15-16. (4 HC, 3 clay)
the 2 clay court matches in 17,18 combined (Djoko only got back to good form in grass season 18)

so these matches it is 5-3 clay Nadal, 4-0 HC Djokovic

that'd make it 23-24 for Djokovic

In real life
They have total of 27 matches on HC
28 on clay
4 matches on grass

Removing above matches you have

23 matches on HC (16-7 Djokovic)
20 matches on clay (15-5 Nadal)
4 matches on grass (2-2)

Now HC is like 65% of the tour, clay 30%, grass 5%

Djoko would lead the h2h if they played proportional matches on HC/clay as per surface distribution that exists.

Edit: for example.
23 matches on HC is 16-7 Djokovic. Let say they have 12 matches on clay (about half as that on HC) with Nadal leading 9-3 (same proportion or ratio as 15-5)

so that'd make it 19-16 Djokovic on HC+clay combined

I think this is fair.

Rafa had an early peak and it was quick - at his peak - virtually unstoppable.

They can't even celebrate Wimbledon bc Nadal is still the GOAT and Novak can't even play :D Biotic can feast on that chicken to ancient highlights 8-B
Don't worry bestie, I'll save some food for you since I'm sure you'll be starving by the time we go through all the beatings.

As always, you must combine Fed with Djoker to make it look like something.

Fed had one nice year vs. Nadal in 2017. Too bad it was too little, too late - way too little, way too late.

Even pre 2011 Nadal trailed in the HC h2h against Novak. After that it was just a blowout

Why should anyone be surprised about it? They played 10 at RG and 8 at other slams. Disgusting, but hey, we should be grateful cause it could be worse.

Fed disappeared from the USO nearly 15 years ago while Djoker has his Istomin and Chung moments.
BS.

guy was pushing Djokovic much tougher in 11 than your boi in the same tournament. Even 15 fed pushed 15 djokovic harder than your boi did in 11. 11 and 15 being djoko's 2 best at the USO.
Fed also won USO in 08 and 2 points away from winning USO in 09.

You ran away from that thread and yet keep repeating the same lie.

is it a combo of you failing at basic math and basic integrity?

Fed also won Wim 19 match when he was nearly frickin 38.
and won Basel 15.
Yes, there was one random Basel match and W 19 as well.

That was a glorious at moment at W 19. Thankfully Fed cashed it in for some hardware. Would have been a shame to waste it.

Point is matches were in 3 different years, not just 1 year.

Hate to break it you, abmk, but these 15 page fantasyland hypo threads - no one actually reads that crap.
that wasn't a hypothetical thread. Thread was: "What is Federer’s second best Slam?"
now that you've read that post, are you going to correct yourself?
or still going to be dishonest.

Tennis did not start in 2014, so that is an incomplete stat.

H2H in Slams:
-Nadal leads Federer 10-4 (including 3-1 at the Australian Open).
-Nadal leads Djokovic 11-7 (including 2-1 at the US Open).

Overall H2H:
-Nadal leads Federer 24-16 (including 8-6* in outdoor hard).
-Djokovic leads Nadal 30-29.

* The Shanghai 2017 final was played under a roof due to rain. The ATP officially counts it as an outdoor match, but it was a de facto indoor match. So de facto Nadal leads Federer 8-5 in outdoor hard.

You are deliberately avoiding the fact that the IW19 match doesn't count. It is not counted in the very link you propose. Otherwise it would be 24-17.
How many times have you been lying on this specific instance ? Why do you still insist, when you KNOW it doesn't count, you are the only one who counts this match.

The ATP is rejecting your opinion yet you take the ATP as your proof. How dishonest can you be ?
@BeatlesFan blocked me, please someone make her see this post, she has to be called out, it is unsufferable.

Right, one random Basel match from 2015 and a split in 2019. It was one good year for Fed.
then nadal's had only 3 good years vs healthy fed (06, 08,11) by that sorta logic.
fed's had 2 vs nadal (2007,17)

they were tied in 05/09/10/12 etc.

Well, I don't know what to tell you. If you want to hype up Basel 2015 or the split in 2019, go for it.

I wonder where did you hear about Nadal owning Federer in the years you mentioned that you now have to bring this.

Overall, Federer had better years in 2005 and 2009, and some might argue about 2012. But in 2005, 2009 and 2012 Nadal won the more important head to head matches. In 2019 on the other hand the matches were equal by importance.

Yep, the IW 2019 match didn't even take place and, consequently, it's not counted by the ATP in the total count of their official H2H.

Exactly. I could bet the fate of humanity that she would be there in less than 5 minutes to jump at the throat and insult anyone who would dare to include the 2014 WTF in the H2H.

Nadal's prime ended, and for many players it was the start of the "improving head to head with Nadal" era. (especially in 2014-2016)
Oh ok - considering that Rafa first played Federer in 2004 and Djokovic in 2006, I was wondering why 8-10 years of his career was being just eliminated! Is the first half that strong for Rafa?

Yeah, during his prime he was leading all head to heads.
