Many speculated and passed photos around of Nadal wearing the new Zoom Cage 3 in the same color way of his outfit for this tournament during practice but it appears he has not switched fully for matches yet. Interesting but not completely surprising given the fact that Nadal wears CBs with a Lunar paint job. Is the Cage 3 quickly becoming another flop for Nike?

Yeah, he never really left his old CB's when he 'switched' to the Lunars. It just looked like he was going to come out with the Cage 3 shoe but instead it looks like he wasn't fully comfortable or ready to do it. I'm thinking he'll do it at the USO and it'll be interesting to see if its a real cage or a fake cage.

He tested the ZC3s but apparently wasn't comfortable with them so he wore modified ZC3s with the CBs mold. He's going to keep on 'wearing' the LBs until after the USO.
