Rafael Nadal: "Nobody is eternal. For sure I will lose more matches"

Nadal wasn't injured at RG 2009!
Well he did skip W after that so let's give him the benefit of the doubt.

To be honest i don't think he was injured in neither the Sod match, nor the Rosol match, but this is none of my business anyway.

What is even funnier is that some people really believe Nadal would have won AO 2011 without the injuries. They should better consider that injury a blessing in disguise, otherwise, he would have suffered 3 slam losses in the same year to Nole :D

Nadal must've got injured just before Wimbledon that year as there's no way he was carrying anything during that Soderling match- he simply got blown off the court. And yeah I actually wish Nadal had reached the final at AO in 2011- what a beautiful massacre it would've been to witness! :)

You should make a main Thread about this with options that are public. Would be fascinating to see how folks respond.

What do you mean? Do you disagree with my statement that Nadal is better than Federer when they play each other but Federer is better in terms of overall achievements at this stage? Hard to argue against the truth in both cases.

Nope, I agree with your statement. I would find it interesting how many Fed fans would agree. Of course, I would also be interested in seeing how many Nadal fans admit to the truth of your statement as well.

Yeah, it goes both ways. The overzealous fans of both are comical. :)

As a Federer fan, it is impossible for me to say that one on one Federer is better than Nadal, it can't be true with that h2h. But in terms of achievements and vs the field overall, Federer is still ahead.
