Is there a better stream than this channelsurfing.net one? Whoever is doing it keeps changing the channel...

I think Phau has the best 1-handed backhand in the world after Gasquet. i never seen him hit that shot better. or is it the k-blade team that is doing it.?

I checked Phau's record. He plays very few matches it seems.

I'm really surprised at how well he's taking the high ball to the backhand from Nadal.

This guy is pretty athletic.

How the **** does Nadal get a high bounce on this court, someone explained? This court is suppose to negate stuff like that.I hope the U.S Open has some dignity left and hasnt changed their courts!!

It's bouncing high, but is sitting there for Phau to blast if you haven't been watching.

Extreme topspin, all the kids are doing it!

oh, if Rafa manages to get through this match, I do hope it takes him less effort to win the next match, otherwise I will find it hard to see him winning USO, with all the big shot hard court players coming up.:(

I don't think Rafa looks tired he just doesn't look that into it today he looks like he is in a really bad mood.

He really looked like that for his first Olympics match as well.

Was Bjorn injured for a while? He has a ridiculously low match record for someone 29 years old.

Woah, what is this score??

Is something wrong with Nadal? Or Phau just playing better than expected?

Nothing's working for Nadal except for the serve. His movement is less impressive, erratic forehand and backhand.

Something is wrong...Phau is not really playing that well either.

Bjorn Phau has a sick one handed backhand. He's just been pummeling it all match.

Edit: That jumping one just now was ridiculous.

agreed. proof that a one hander can hang with nadal.

and he's hangin, for sure. phau is playing really well. i dont know what match everyone else is watching, the winner count shows the quality alone. but it's awesome.

Phau has a breakpoint but Nadal is missing a lot and kinda falling into his clay court game it seems. Just kinda trying to retrieve and add as much top spin as possible. He should mentally put himself on grass when he's on hard courts, it's amazing how different he plays.

Phau is hitting some pretty good stuff though, his backhand is pretty darn good.

Phau's technique falls apart on a BP opportunity. Leaning backwards on his backhand, weird.

Rafa serving so well these days.
