Rafael Rafa Nadal tops yet another list!

They started to follow the timing rule after British TV commentators were whining about Rafa, but it appeared that Andy was punished also. It's Karma! :D

Karma in operation is that Andy was the first player to lose a point for time violation.

I chuckle now when the same commies who advocated the enforcement complain when it goes against anyone but Rafa.

Toni Nadal....

He played half the season and accumulated more time violations and not to mention he wastes time on important points to disrupt the momentum of the match. Don't give me that cr@p about him having ocd...He doesn't waste time when he is 40-0 up in the game for example. His time wasting is very opportunistic and timed specifically to gain a mental edge and/or disrupt the opponents rhythm.

Take that to the bank.

These Rafa fanatics are ignoring the fact that he does do this all the time. "lol at the haters" "rafa is targeted" "i didn't see one time violation while he was gone"

OPEN YOUR EYES, you can't honestly be that dense.

Murray got a penalty point for time violation whilst Rafa was out, Delpo and many unsuspecting players also got warnings even before they knew about the new rule.

OPEN YOUR EYES, YOU CAN'T HONESTLY BE THAT DENSE!

I would just switch to another player. That would make it easier. Then you won't have to vacillate back and forth. Kick him to the curb and be done with it.

It's called loyalty. I don't just leave if somebody has flaws. I don't want people around me to be perfect or something.

Fedal have more than enough positive things to make up for their shortcomings.

Nadal is a strategic player. He thinks out his serve strategy up to several shots later he doesn't just hit the ball.

Federer should try it. :)

Haha, you do have a point. That's why Rafa needs time. And recovering from running is a side bonus.

But you are right. Rafa uses his serve to set up a few shots in advance, not to ace or win in the next shot.

I've noticed that too. They get all riled up when their little plan backfires. I find myself chuckling too.

Ah, then you must suffer and have conflicting emotions.

No thanks. One of the reasons more people love Federer is because he plays fair on court and shows good sportsmanship where it matters the most...On the court.

Ah, then you must suffer and have conflicting emotions.

No, I'm enjoying it. Being a fan of both is less stressful. It's a win-win.

It's cool in the middle. Would you rather have a sexy or a smart woman?

It's possible to have both. Don't spread this secret around. People might use it and become happy. We don't want that on TW.

Not only does the king run his opponents around and dominate them, but he gives his opponents the biggest breather, how charitable of him.

Except for when Fed takes a toilet break so that the sun can move away and to break Davydenko's rythm.

If more people love Fed so much why do Fedfans waste so much time hating Nadal. Anyone would think they are jealous or something.

That's why Federer kept on winning the ATP fan favorite and sportsmanship awards every year.

Oh yea?

Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness bestowed upon them. King Rafa falls into the 2nd category and Roger into the 3rd.

Faking a toilet break is.

And you know this how? Were you there seeing Fed in the toilet?

That is like once in his career and you can't even prove it.

With Rafa it's like a pattern and we did prove it. He was penalized a lot of times for his time wasting and on court coaching.

So once in a lifetime is the same as always doing it?

Double standards much?

We get it, Rafa is flawless, Fed is a bad guy.

Don't pay attention to these Nadal fans. We know Fed is the good guy and Nadal is the bad guy;)

oh and this stupid thing happened once:

At least Fed can swear in 4 different languages. It takes a lot of education to be able to do that. :)

I understand a lot of languages. Including Spanish / French / German / Serbian.

So I know a lot about how much Rafa/Fed/Nole swear :).

So I'm not so easily convinced by TW experts here.

People waste time hating Nadal's time wasting! Get it, people?

Great point, haha. I guess what you resist, persists.

It's like being sick and thinking all the time about not being sick. Even if you think about not being sick, you still think about disease all the time and you get sick.

It's like trying not to think about pink elephant all the time. That would make you think about the pink elephant even more :).

"Federer was crushed in the first set and then took a bathroom break.

After the match, he explained why:

"When the sun comes from the side, the ball seems half the size and is just hard to hit. I never take toilet breaks, but I thought 'Why not?'

I just hoped that with every minute it took, the sun would move another centimeter."

He then threw in, as an afterthought, that he also had to go to the bathroom.

Well, tennis doesn't have bathroom monitors. Yet. So we can't say for sure what he did.

But Federer made it clear that he was looking for the break so the sun might set a little and wouldn't be in his eyes. And the rules clearly state that a bathroom break "can be used for no other purpose" than going to the bathroom.

A few minutes after Federer returned, Davydenko fell to pieces."

Fed was joking here. It's his sense of humor. I mean haha. If Davy breaks down after seeing Fed go to the bathroom, maybe he should deserve to lose anyway.

Was Davy serving at the time? I thought it was during a set. During sets there is large break anyway, so players lose momentum in any case. What if he still went to the bathroom.

Rafa went to a toilet when Fed was serving for the match. Or was it a match point even? That's crazy.

But ok, even if you are right. And Fed did it once, so what. I'm not saying he is perfect or anything. Don't want him to be perfect. But it's still not a pattern.

I like some things and I don't like some things. It's not that Rafa does it a few times. But he does so many stuff all the time. And not just on court coaching. He makes opponents wait. Countless time violations. Injury time-outs in strange times during a match.

It's a shame as a fan. Because I love both of their games. Without that stuff I would probably be even bigger Rafa fan than Fed right now.

I'm not saying Rafa is a cheater, but it's a bad sportsmanship. Also how arrogant that he thinks he can bend the rules like that. And all the time him and Toni advocate how Rafa has to be humble and can't see himself better than other people. Well on tennis court they don't show this quality.

Mac is an amazing player. A genius. But I don't like him as a person too. And it's tougher to watch him play.

I'm not saying a guy has to be perfect. But there are limits. I mean I love my best friends. And I forgive them if they cross me once or twice. It's fine.
But if they do it all the time, I don't consider them friends.

No. Davy broke Federer AFTER Federer came back and was well in control of the match for quite a few games until Fed found his rythm and Davy missed a sitter. You fail.

Fed also took the toilet break AFTER 1st set was over, which is well within the rules. Unlike Rafita who takes toilet breaks before the last game of the match.

I don't know either of them personally. They both come across as good guys. Most of the top 10-20 guys like Nadal as a person, some of them think Roger's arrogant.

Ralph took a toilet break just before Fed was gonna serve for the match in IW 12. Turns out the break wasn't long enough.

Haha, that made me laugh. Ownage.

Rafa fans better watch when trying to use toilet break against Fed.

Why do you think he is targeted?

Rafa is targeted because he's too good at tennis and making Fed look like an amateur. Fed engineered the enforcement of the time rule simply because he is searching for a way out against Rafa.

This just proves Fed is the better player. Why wasn't Rafa able to counter engineer the enforcement of the rule?

Because he's either too proud, or too incontinent to change his toilet busting tactics. Next time he goes potty he should collect the deuce in a ziplock bag and shove in your faces. :)

Yes and I agree Fed is a good guy...

Swearing on the court is not the same as cheating on court. I would much rather my opponent swear on court than cheat to win the match...

Not to mention Federer has done this a few times as compared to Ralph who wastes time in every important match and gets illegal coaching.

Than you very much.

Andy Murray hopes that officials will call time on slow play after the Scot was edged out of a semifinal place at this weekend's World Tour Finals on a statistical quirk.

He'd like umpires to crack down on time-wasting, which he feels he may have experienced in his last group match, a win over Spain's Fernando Verdasco. He said that his opponent was taking his sweet time to return after changeovers.

"For me, if it's 25 seconds that you get between the points, I think some of the tournaments it's 20 seconds, and if you're over a couple of times, there has to be a warning," he said.

"When the umpire calls time, you should be out of your chair. That's it. That's the reason why they have those time limits.

"If the umpire calls time and your opponent is allowed to sit there for an extra 15 seconds, then I just don't think you should be allowed to do that."

And swearing is nothing compare to a coach who hope Federer and Nole will get injured.

Ralph doesn't swear coz he doesn't know how to,Tio skipped that part.

Jokes apart, what was he saying to Carlos Bernades in the WTF match against Berdych. I thought that was hilarious.

Stop saying this crap. If you had any credibility left it would be gone with commentaries like this.

I was talking about uncle Toni. Many articles have been published and even the links have been posted on this forum. There's nothing more to deny.
