Rafa's path at RG 2023

Not funny. RG23 forced absence is one of the worst things which happened in his career.
Career means nothing compared to his life. He was seriously ill and is lucky to be with us still.
He chose to get smart-nano-graphene in his body from a military base along with coach Moya and since then he clutches and crouches over in pain when exerting himself.
This was first noticed losing to Fritz and since Nadal said its like a sharp needle inside him which is what Chardy, Monfils, Kenin and others have stated also.
‘It’s Like a Needle All the Time Inside’
Look at Kenin now a total mess. Some have been lucky and only get leg issues and retire with no MTO also. Most players with these painful sensations have retired with
no Medical time out as they term this condition as SADS and taken so many players in other sports.

Either way Rafa is enjoying his life as a Father which is better than any Major win. Im sure he would swap all his achievements for his son.
He was fooled to trust the worlds largest organized cartel yet most still want more from him when we were lucky to get so much already.

Rafa has brought more excitement to tennis for longer than any other player in history and Im thankful for that.
He has never smashed a racquet and was the best role model for tennis ever surpassing Edberg, Borg, Sampras, Agassi and others all combined.

Nadal has always valued family and seems like the type to take things too seriously. I think the desire to spend time with family combined with his injuries would mean playing time is severely limited even when he's back, until he doesn't play anymore

Is this for real?

Is that why he traveled with Ruud to South America for some extra cash at the end of the season?
Maybe the greed caused his injury when he should have been resting at home with the fam?
I don't know why you're always looking for opportunities to go at a player lol. Maybe some extra cash is sweet for the family too?

He means the vaccine, and I wouldn’t even open up that can of worms lol

It must be a cold day in hell but I actually totally agree with @pj80 . I get that the SA tour was planned in advance but I was shocked that he went on a multi-week tour across the globe when he had a 2 month old infant at home, it didn’t make sense at the time whatsoever.

Rafa's was a 10 day trip... just fun exhos with zero pressure [needing no intensive prep before them] and loads of adulation from the public.

Casper Ruud reveals the humble side of Rafael Nadal - "He showed me some nice videos of his son and stuff, we're just normal guys"

"He was talking back home with his wife and his kid, showing me some nice videos of his son and stuff. So, we're just normal guys. That's what we all are in the end," Ruud said.
other notable colleagues [no need to mention names] were competing just a week after the birth of their kids in regular tourneys.

since you started the unnecessary shade on Rafa's SA exhos and since you ask now, I'll enlighten you as to who needed a trip to Costa Rica to 'find herself' after an 'unplanned motherhood'
well, the 'shamans' can fix everything, it seems!!;):giggle:

Rafa can afford video chat devices for connecting with loved ones. His basher aka Djoko fanatic (qutoted) even doesn't know that this opportunity exists!

Rafa's press-conference on Nov 01, 2022:
¤¤ “It's quite interesting how, even after two or three weeks, leaving your son at home and not be able to see him… even with this, after only three weeks knowing him, you start missing him."
“But at the same time, it’s true that we are lucky today that with technology, everything, we can do video calls any time that you want, so [that] always helps.” ¤¤

thanks for clearing it up...but still he should have rested and maybe he would be able to play AO and RG injury free. Gotta use free time wisely.

oh ok...I thought you were talking about Roger, who played a week after his twins were born...not that there is anything wrong with it

Your beloved player Djoko played at the 2014 Paris Masters only 6 days after his son was born. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Becoming a father hasn't reduced Rafa's practice time. As for tournaments, he has always travelled with his family (father, mother, sister, girlfriend/wife, uncles). After becoming a father, his wife and baby son have travelled with him to Turin (Italy, World Tour Final) and Australia (Sydney, Melbourne). So, it's no problem to travel with his little son.
In the middle of June 2022, he said: “… I'm going to be a father. I don't know how this is going to change my life, but I don't expect it to change my professional career.” (Translated from Spanish via Google)

Stefan was born Oct 14. Paris Masters started Oct 27....that's 13 days...and Djoko had a bye so he likely played his first match Oct 29...so that's 15 days...are you cheating the readers?
Djoko's son was born on 22 October 2014. Djoko played his first match at the 2014 Paris Masters on October 28. He was obviously in Paris already before his first match day.

I think had he been fit to compete, this draw was very much possible to overcome. He would have had to face one of Djokovic/Alcaraz would have been a hige thing. Also it could have surely opened up a bit more

Parents have to pay $62,000 per year for their kids to get lessons at Nadal's academy.
And Nadal has very little involvement. They have top flight coaches doing all the work.
Nadal's just there for a photo op for his social media. Most of his time is spent on his yacht or golfing.

As for paying for children's academy fees, you obviously don't know that Rafa's academy in Mallorca is not the most expensive academy in the world. For example, the IMG Academy in Florida founded by Nick Bollettieri is about 20% more expensive than Rafa's academy.

CNN, October 18, 2016:
" - The Rafa Nadal Academy charges $62,000 (€56,000) a year for budding tennis pros. That includes tennis training (€26,500), accommodation and food (€19,000) and enrollment at an American International School (€10,500).
- A similar program at the recently opened Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in Nice, France will set you back $60,000 (€54,250) a year.
- The IMG Academy in Florida founded by Nick Bollettieri charges $75,900 for tennis training and private tuition at high school. "

Rafa is the owner and a member of the Board of Directors of the academy. Spending most of his free time on his yacht or golfing (according to you) means that he is an effective leader.

Do you think that in his current physical condition he would have been able to defeat four players in the top 10 again in a row?

Of course. Which means he's not really doing much at the academy other than getting some photos to put up on his social media. LOL
