Rafa's shoes in Amsterdam

Looks like Rafa is still not happy with his shoes. Go look at Gettyimages.com. He is still wearing Cages but decorated with a color scheme Nike will never sell openly.

You are correct about the shoes, but surely you mean Rotterdam. Well perhaps he did go to Amsterdam to score some weed :)

Why would he go to Amsterdam for that.. probably just as many coffeeshops in Rotterdam as in Amsterdam.. The part of Rotterdam where the tournament is held (Rotterdam Zuid, Zuidplein, Tarwebuurt, Millinxbuurt) there won't be any trouble of access to weed (fairly poor neighbourhood actually in terms of Dutch wellness). Ofcourse, Nadal's hotel won't be anywhere near Zuidplein I guess, but in other parts of Rotterdam (Rotterdam Centrum) there are also plenty of coffeeshops.

Now, that being said.. for all the non-Dutch on this board. Yes there is easy access to weed, NO not everyone in The Netherlands smokes weed.

Furthermore.. calling Rotterdam Amsterdam and vice versa, will not make either city happy. Big rivalry between those 2 cities and it's inhabitants. Has a lot to do with the soccerclubs Ajax (amsterdam) and Feyenoord (Rotterdam). But there has always been rivalry between Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Something like "Rotterdam earns the money while Amsterdam spends it" isn't it?

Is he turning into another Federer? Soon enough he will wearing a Rolex on court. These kind of cars make you feel too good about yourself, not exactly good for focusing on tennis.

Didn't Federer say he would like to be James Bond if he had to be in a movie? Now Rafa is living it. lol.

I really don't think the car mill make him feel that much more god about himself. With his winnings I'm sure he can't buy a more exotic car, more limited edition or even have one custom-made. If I was Rafa, I'd also get me I car I "want" or wait till some company gives me one just like JJ got her Porsche.
