Ranking Syn Guts by Stiffness

I haven't seen much substance in the forums that rank synthetic guts based on softness/stiffness. I know TWU has stiffness data, but IME how a string plays in real life is more nuanced and the data doesn't always translate. Ranking in order softest to stiffest. For example, gamma SG w/ wearguard > gosen OGSM.

I use full beds of syn. gut in my own frames almost exclusively and I string at home. I group the few that I'm familiar with like this:

Too stiff for my taste:

Gosen OG Sheep Micro
Gamma WearGuard
Prince SG w/Duraflex

Moderately soft:

Volkl SG Classic
Babolat
Prince Original SG
Forten Tournament Nylon 16

Softer than moderate:

Kirschbaum SG (my personal favorite - a fresh bed is like butter)

Softest in the SG family:

Forten Sweet

I've used a couple of other SG's, but not recently enough that I can drop them into any group above (I don't remember how they felt or performed). Forten Sweet has been a little more squishy than Kirschbaum for me, but that's a good thing in terms of Forten Sweet working as a potential low-cost alternative to many expensive multifibers. Kirschbaum is super-comfortable for me, but feels slightly more connected and "right" for me compared with the Forten Sweet.

Although I don't care for Gosen OGSM in a full bed in my own racquets, even at lower tensions, I have found that the 16 ga. version works quite well as a cross string when locals ask me for basic poly hybrids. It's performance and durability are quite good in that role.

Is there a medium stuff SG with great spin ,compared to other SG? Toalson asterisk is my pick but looking for others...I rough or textured one with great snap

Soft to Stiff
Forten < KB Syngut 16 < Gamma w/ Wearguard 16 <= PSGD 16 < OGSM 16

I used to love OGSM but I find it makes some rackets feel lifeless (not necessarily stiff just lifeless)

Personally I would do PSGD 16 natural/gold mains x OGSM 17 natural crosses for "maximum spin". Adjust stiffness and launch further by dropping cross tension further if you need.

I am currently trying Wilson SG Power in crosses with poly mains and to me it feels nearly as stiff as full bed poly. Perhaps this breed of SG’s with extra durability wraps are stiffer, would make sense at least
