Prolly those who are sponsored or don't mind the cost and frequency of changing grips finds it good.Tourna Grip lasts me all of twenty minutes before it falls apart.
Everyone else seems to love it, so I must be missing something--can anyone care to elaborate?
Honest question...

i like it cause NJ summers are hot and humid as crap. like 85% humidity and 90 degrees on a normal day. My hands will slip off the racquet if i was using a pro overgrip or yonex supergrap. So I need that sandpaper grip
exactly, when one sides grip is done, ya flip it overI think in humid conditions, Tourna grip is awesome. And if you're smart and can use your head, not unlike some idiot a few posts up, you can at the very minimum, get two applications out of each grip.
yes, us who live in the Mid- Atlantic region of the USA know that these Summers are brutal with the humidity and high 80s, low 90s weather most daysI live 15 minutes from the tournament site. It's been extremely humid here this week (88% this morning!) in addition to daily highs of around 90*F. I imagine that the Tourna may be out of necessity. Difficult to keep the hands and grips dry in these conditions.

Lucky you, they're more expensive here IIRCAdmittedly durability isn't a TG strong point but they are cheaper than Wilson Pro Overgrips & LXN... Especially if bought in 30pks so you can afford to replace them more frequently.
If cost is a really worry - ask yourself how much you paid for that stick/string that could go smashing into the court... Or other player. Not hyperbole for my sweaty hands, w/out TG in humid conditions its not if but *when* the racket is going for a small unintentional flight.
Much prefer the LXN grip to Tourna.
Precisely!Lux grip is nice. Feels like the middle ground between a Tourna and a Wilson Pro.
Meh...Tourna's overrated. Lasts about 20 min before disintegrating.
Wilson Pro is where its at.
Learn how to use it efficiently and not waste it.
I'm using it fine. Stop bothering me.
If you did, it'll last you 20minutes before it starts to "disintegrate"
What is occurring? This was the missing piece of the puzzle. Milos will probably win the USO, AO18 and W18 now. I expect retirement announcements from the Big 4 in the coming week. Why bother? Other than RG, they have no more shots to win majors.
says the guy wearing his socks inside outexactly, when one sides grip is done, ya flip it over
nah man your thinking of underwearsays the guy wearing his socks inside out
