I am watching Raonic play Mahut in the Citi Open and Raonic is now using what appears to be tourna grip.

Prolly those who are sponsored or don't mind the cost and frequency of changing grips finds it good.

Same as poly strings. Those start going after 20 minutes, but most don't seem to mind the durability penalty.
Tourna is hands down the best grip for wet hands. No comparison at all to Wilson Pro or supergrap, which I do like for cold weather. There's no magic, tourna is just easier to hold when your hands are sopping wet. If something better comes along, I'll switch.

I think in humid conditions, Tourna grip is awesome. And if you're smart and can use your head, not unlike some idiot a few posts up, you can at the very minimum, get two applications out of each grip.

I used to hate tournagrip... I always play with tacky grips, but after 2 days in DC I made the switch. Now quite happy with the tournagrips. You really don't have a choice in this swamp.

Admittedly durability isn't a TG strong point but they are cheaper than Wilson Pro Overgrips & LXN... Especially if bought in 30pks so you can afford to replace them more frequently.
If cost is a really worry - ask yourself how much you paid for that stick/string that could go smashing into the court... Or other player. Not hyperbole for my sweaty hands, w/out TG in humid conditions its not if but *when* the racket is going for a small unintentional flight.

Lux grip is nice. Feels like the middle ground between a Tourna and a Wilson Pro.

I sweat like crazy in Florida humidity but prefer Supergrap/WPro to Tourna and the Lux version. Go figure. I thought Supergrap would only work for me when it's cool out, but I get the same usage out of it even when it's crazy humid.

This was the missing piece of the puzzle. Milos will probably win the USO, AO18 and W18 now. I expect retirement announcements from the Big 4 in the coming week. Why bother? Other than RG, they have no more shots to win majors.
