I am not sure! Madrid is most certain, since i remember him beating Ljubicic very well for the title! Not sure about the rest though...The thing is we shouldn't rate someone solely based on the amount of titles he won on particular surface and that alone! There are things like finals/semi-finals reached, h2h records on that surface etc! Nadal reached finals of YEC twice and only got beaten by two GOATS of that event Federer and Djokovic respectively!...If it was not for them - he would be two-times YEC champion by now!

Yes I think he is very good indoor HC player and would have won WTF at least once even on indoor HC. But just Ran into Federer in 2006,2007,2010,2011 and Djokovic afterwards.

ferrer beat Nadal in RR in 2007. good chance he beats him again if they faced off in a final minus Federer.
2010 - legit great chance minus Federer.

Davydenko was quite a tough match up too,e especially on HC .Doha 2010 was a great match From Ralph but he ended up losing it. Even on Clay at least once in Rome 2007 He ran Nadal close.
But of course these Weak Era mugs won't even be top 30 in Today's strong era.

Interesting that you rate Djokovic on outdoor HC higher than Federer. Also don't think there is that much a disparity in Fedovic clay peaks and grass Peak maybe Slightly more closer too. Slightly harsh on Nadal indoors or maybe it's just about right.

Murray initially had trouble with Berdych, being down 2-4 and 4-6 in the h2h, before turning it around big time to make it 11-6.
