Trying to get his post count up with this stuff.

Posting random things don't get you anywhere. Posting things that can actually help people will get you somewhere. Plus, I don't find the NTRP rating any useful if you're not planning to play any serious tennis. I play tennis as a hobby because I love to play but, I don't plan on going pro or anything.

NTRP is useless. It's good for beginners, but the system as a whole is abused like crazy.

He did a lot of hopping, but seemed to move well. Can't really tell how he would react to harder balls (would that hopping still work? how is he for balls he has to actually run hard for?). I would put a base line around 4.5, he could be around that level or higher IMHO. I could see higher, but again, this is a very limited clip.
