I found a 2010 reference to http://woodtennis.com/rdc.txt at TW post on vintage racquet weight, stiffness, and swingweight.

The file rdc.txt was converted to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format *.xls, formatting into columns for easy reading.
You can view by (free download) Open Office, Calc if you don't have Excel or other viewers.
Unfortunately, the spreadsheet could not be uploaded to the TW forum, so it was uploaded to
Facebook, Cahalan Tennis group, More, Files (which requires any Facebook login)
