Hi, I've been trying to get the rigth string combination on this racket but to no avail.
I've tried:
Ashaway crossfire 18(kevlar&synthetic) 3 times @ 58,55,57 lbs but the string doesn't give me enough bite on the ball due to its stiffness. There is not enough dwell time.
Head Intelli(multi) @ 57lbs Doesn't give enough spin on the ball. My shots don't have the 'bite'. Has the crisp feel I'm looking for though.
Pacific polyforce(poly) 16 @ 55, 57lbs This gives the ball enough dwell time and perfect control but it lacks a crisp feel that I'm also looking for. Feels abit muted compared to the other 3.
Yonex 850(multi) @ 58lbs Massive massive spin and very heavy shot but it lacks power on the serve. However, its outstanding on groundstrokes.
Can those using RDXs share with me what you guys are stringing it with and what tension?
