i just wanted to let you guys know of my new blog. i read this forum all the time altho i dont post. i just started this blog and it would be awesome if u guys could read it and tell me what u think. and no, im not some noob who thinks he knows about tennis, i am a good player and i think you mind find my articles interesting. it would be awesome if u could tell me what u think

seeing as your a 4.5 i don't think you are an authority on technique, by any stretch of the imagination. instead of worrying about inferior women's technique you should learn how to spell.

ever see Henin's backhand? is the equal or better than most ATP players, Fed included.

i know what you're saying about i'm only a 4.5 but i do consider to know a lot about technique after learning from my coach. as for henin's backhand, i couldn't agree more. she is one of the only exceptions and i probably should have put that. but still, thats just one example out of all those women, that says something

Before I click on that link, I have to ask you a question. Is your language usage and punctuation in your blog similar to that used in your posts in this thread?

Sorry, I did write my blog formally and used correct punctuation and spelling as much as I could. I didn't realize this was such an important issue. I would really appreciate it if you read it and told me what you think of it.

It may not be an issue for some, but I find appropriate writing much easier to read. Text speak has its place, but only on my cell phone. It's a personal preference, that's all. It's your blog, so you are obviously free to do whatever you like.

I don't really get what you mean. I assumed anything about tennis was appropiate. And thanks, but I'm not too scared. I've already seen a lot of noobs ripped apart over paintjobs lol.

Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse you. My use of 'appropriate writing' referred to using correct punctuation, etc when you publish something for public reading (as in your blog), not any of your posts here at TW. That was a pretty foggy sentence, I must be low in blood sugar.

O, I see what you mean. sorry. But in my defense, I was watching AO while I was typing, so I was a little distracted lol. I was focusing mostly on content. I'll have to turn the tv off next time lol. Thanks.

You might also want to break up your paragraphs into smaller chunks for easier reading and proofreading. And you say your name twice. Still, a noble effort and I'm interested in how your blog develops.

Thanks, I appreciate your input. Next time I'll concentrate more and turn the tennis off. And yea, my paragraphs are too long. Just so you know, I think tommorrow my topic will be the the bad quality of tennis pros outside of real tennis areas (Florida, Cali, etc.).

Interesting point you made. Will ponder about the questions raised. You ought to take note about the punctuation and paragraphing. Other than that, continue with the good effort.

Congrats on stepping into the blogosphere.
It's good that you mention that you are a 4.0 - 4.5 ntrp player. That way people know the experience of your comments and how seriously to take them.

Also, you might want to write out your entries in Word and spell and grammar check before posting. Your blog had a good number of spelling and grammar mistakes. e.g You repeatedly say 'Please TO not get offended' as opposed to 'do not get offended'.

That being said, good luck with your blog. I wish you quality entries and a good readership.

Ok, I will make sure to pay more attention to my grammer. I plan on adding a couple of new articles tommorrow and will keep everyone posted. I an very curious to hear the comments.

BTW Blogger's comments server is under maintenance (inaccessible) and that's why I decided to put my comments in this thread rather than in your blog.

Have you checked out other tennis blogs as well? A links section is a good way to get some visitors to your site.
