Yesterday was the first time someone had actually taught me about loading up and getting that first preparation step with the racquet and my back leg (forehand) being the same motion...and i'm having some trouble. During the lesson, i was able to do it correctly on my forehand because i was being fed to the forehand, and i was alright on the backhand...once again because i knew it was coming. Now i know you're supposed to do the same preparation for forehand+backhand...but i find that sometimes i "guess" wrong and i'm caught off-balance because i'm preparing for the wrong side. How have you guys gotten around this? I'm assuming it's just experience, but anything else you have to say would be greatly appreciated.
