Recommend an overgrip please?

In the cold my hands become extremely dry and I can't get a good grip at all. What's an overgrip thats tacky but soft and thick. I don't like the feel of the bevels that much. I've tried Wilson Pro and for me its too thin and loses its tack after like 5 minutes.

Try Tourna Tac, it feels plush and maintains tack for a good amount of time, perfect for fall/winter.

In winter, I usually use Gamma Supreme overgrip. It is soft and tacky. Also tried Wilson pro myself and I take Yonex over Wilson.

+1 the supreme is a great grip in the cold. its pretty thick and tacky. In the warmer months I prefer to use supergrap because of the bevel feel an its not as tacky.

tourna tac for sure, but it sounds like you might want to wrap 2 on there to round out your grip.

Gamma Supreme has a similar feel to the Wilson but is slightly thicker - I think .6mm vs .5mm. For better tack get the white one.

It seems that everyone has an opinion on overgrips, but the only one that matters is your own.

Last time I placed an order from Tennis Warehouse I bought Yonex, Wilson Pro, Gamma Supreme and Tourna. At about $4 per 3 pack it really is about the cheapest thing to experiment with. Buy a bunch and trade the ones you don't like to your hitting partners.

Personally, I love the Wilsons. They are the right blend of tack, cushion, and durability. I used to use Prince Duratac or Durazorb (or microtac/microzorb-thinner version), which are more tacky when you aren't sweating, but are a little less durable. I found the Yonex Super Grap to be kinda in between the Wilson and Prince in terms of tackiness and cushioning.

Tried all the above and by far the best overgrip on the market for soft, comfort but tacky and has a bit of weight to it is the Volkl super grip II

Best advise here.
Tennis gear is very personal and subjective.
Experiment and find what works for you.

volkl super grips are really good. nice feel and long lasting. i like the babolat pro tour as well but the grip rips off and sticks to your undergrip =\

Babolat Pro Team Overgrip: $4.95 for three; has a soft, dry feel. Not sticky, which can make changing grips during play deliberate rather than natural or at least neutral. And Babolat Pro Team Overgrip is superior in feel to Turnagrip, in my opinion
