Recommendation for an alternative to KSwiss Hypercourt 2: similar stability but more mobile

I'd like some recommendations of alternatives to the KSwiss Hypercourt 2 . I need similar room in the toe box, similar (all-court) tread and durability plus equally supportive. I find shoes that are full mesh (or similar) in the upper are often roomy enough but not stable enough (the Ultrashot 3 and the Babolat SFX3 are perfect examples - super comfort, lousy stability). Wider version Asics aren't readily available here in Australia. Recommend them if you think (based on your experience with them) that they're the best, but it may not be possible for me to try them. Also, wider fit New Balance is typically too wide. My foot is only wide in the toe box, not across the entire foot. That means I get a lot of heel slippage in wider fit New Balance.

Many thanks,
Andrew

There is the Hypercourt Express 2 and Hypercourt Supreme 2 but no "Hypercourt 2"

My foot is also wide only across the toe box. I assume you are talking about the hypercourt supreme?

Anyway my recommendation is Adidas Solematch Control. VERY stable shoe, good toebox width and great ankle lockdown (extra eyelet for runner's loop). Not as comfy as hypercourt supreme but much more supportive. Great sales on them recently as well. Good luck..

oh yeah, go up 1/2 size

I did mean the Express 2 but thanks, I’ll have a look at the Adidas.

what is your shoe size? you could get a wide version in women's of vapor pro 2, or check out nikes new gp line of shoes which have a wide last. These or all comfy, light, supportive, and speedy.
