Hi all.

I've been playing with the Dunlop 300G racket for some years and thought of getting a new racket, so I bought the Dunlop M-fil 300, since I thought I couldn't go that wrong because it's the successor to the 300G. It turned out that I felt the M-fil 300 had too little control (was hitting the balls too far, even at high stringing tension), so I'm thinking of selling it and trying some test-rackets first this time. I consider myself a hard-hitting baseliner ar ntrp rating around 4.5-5.0. I'd like you to make some recommendation of which rackets I should take for a test-drive. I'm thinking of testing 4-6 rackets. Since there is only one retailer that's got test-racket in my country, I'll show you the list of test rackets here:

In advance, thanks for your help :-)

Since you are an advanced hard-hitter, you will want a heavy(er) racket with a small(er) head, probably at least 11.5oz and at most 100". (Keep in mind these are general guidelines to at least start from. They are by no means regulations that you need to stick to to play well. They are just general tendancies you will find in players with similar playing styles and ability.

My personal suggestions would be Wilson nCode Tour, any Head Prestige, Prince Diablo Tour, or Babolat Pure Control. It's hard to suggest anything for sure without seeing you play or knowing your personal preferences for rackets. I will say, though, that I changed rackets from the 300G to the Wilson nCode 6.1 95". The reason I didn't suggest this for you is that I find it has a little more power than I would like, and I don't consider myself a hard-hitter.

what do you mean by prostaff tour? is it the the PS 6.1 classic? or the PS 6.0 original?

Thanks for the replies so far. Can't test the M-fil 200 though. As to the prostaff tour: I guess it's the PS 6.1 classic since it says
Pro Staff Tour (Classic).

i think there used to be a prostaff tour (90 and 95 models). he might be referring to those, even though tw doesnt sell 'em anymore, not the 6.1 classic.

Hi!

Is someone using this new Prince Stick?
If so, can you please give me your feedback?

Thanks a lot!

The 300g is a bare bones racquet. You obviously prospered with it because you stuck with it for a while. With a bit of lead that 300g gave very good results. It was never powerful though, so you must have provided all the power. So, I can only judge a few here, so perhaps try
