Reebok Shoe Warranty

Hi all,

I had a few questions about the Reebok Shoe 6 month warranty and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. I bought my shoes the Reebok "Triple Break Pump" from ChampsSports. They spoke nothing of a 6month outsole warranty; however, everwhere else does mention it. Am I still covered?

Also, I have worn out the heels of the shoe all the way down to the plastic air pump material; however, the forefoot area still has some life on it. It hasn't gotten down the cushion yet. Am I still elligable for the warranty?

Any comments or experience stories would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would check with the retailer first. Sometimes, the retailer handles it. (They have a movitation to get rid of the stock).

If not, contact Reebok customer department. I am pretty sure they will cover it. But they are likely to be out of this particular model. They will be likely to be replace it with newer model.

The warranty is for 6 months so send them in, you should get them.

I had these shoes about a year ago, and they were awesome. They fit like a glove. The only regret I have is that I started wearing them about 2 and a half months after I got them, so I couldn't capitalize on the warranty...

I actually like them a lot like the others have mentioned. I have wide flat feet, and they accommodated them very well. I've always though Reeboks were to be very comfortable.

Their "pump" feature was pretty new/weird to me. I didn't like it at all, and just kept it "off." Random, but I also like the fact that they look a bit different then the normal "white tennis shoe" that you so often see (I got the orange/navy blue color scheme).

So even if the upper sole is in decent shape, they will take it back assuming I have the warranty? Again the heel is basically worn down to the plastic pump material

thanks!

I forgot to ask... How exact does the 6month rule apply? For example my shoes expire on the 3/28/09. Does Reebok have to get the shoe by the 28th? Or can it be postmarked on the 28th? haha.

Thanks!

The warranty FAQ on TW said to call Reebok:

I've had 4 pairs of KFS pumps.Recently just received the warranty pair.Came in a different colorway than I ordered bit still look ok.RBK Canada took 1 month or so for the turnaround time.So that's not to bad.The Durability on them is horrible, but they fit my wide feet perfectly, plus tons of support, plus cushioning.

The triple breaks were the first shoe that I ever turned an ankle in.Took me 4 months to recover plus months to regain confidence to stop and go again.Be very careful in them since the heel feels like you tried on you'r mom's high heels.Very dangerous kicks, do not recomend.
