A score like 6-3 6-2 6-3 (AO2019) is way more outstanding than 6-0 6-2 7-5. Nadal never beat Djokovic in a Grand Slam in 3 easy, quick sets.
The bagel doesn't really matter when Djokovic had a real shot to win the 3rd set. He broke Nadal's serve and was up 5-4. He didn't have a set point but there was a real battle in one of the 3 sets.
No baggel in the AO2019 final but the humiliation was worse because Nadal never broke and was never close to win a set. Djokovic broke early in all 3 sets and never gave him a gleam of hope.

To be fair considering nadal was chasing Fed for years even longer than Novak it was fitting he broke it first.
