Replace 2003 Nike Air Resolves with Resmash?

I'm on my last pair of 2003 Nike Air Resolves and am looking for a good replacement. The 2003 model fit my foot perfect and was a good stable shoe. I have tried the Air Resolve Plus, but the court armor was digging into the side of my toes and my foot slipped around in it a bit too much. I also tried the K-Swiss Ascendor SLT but it was killing my arch for some reason - don't know why.

The Air Max Resmash looks like a good substitute. Does anyone have any comments on this model? I also play a lot of basketball in my shoes as well; so, it has to be comfortable running up and down a basketball court.

The Addidas A3 Accelerator looks awesome, but I'm very concerned about the high arch. Anyone had any comments on these.

If someone has wore the 2003 Air Resolve and loved it and then moved on to another model, I would be very interested in your comments especially.

Thanks,
Tony

I use both the Ascendor SLT and the Resmash... I use the SLT for clay/har-tru and the Resmash for hardcourts (since the toe gard is more durable and I drag my toe a lot on serves) ... I have a very high arch on my feet and the SLT's gives me more comfort than any other shoe out there. The Nike Resmash doesn't have as high arch support as the K-Swiss Ascendor SLT but it still feels good on the court. By the way, the Resmash is a very narrow-type shoe so better try it on first before getting it (I strongly suggest for you to NOT order it online).
