replacement for my ncode 6.1(some advice needed)

Right now i'm playing with the ncode 6.1 with 16 x 18 pattern. I like this racket for plow-through and serve-volley.
But i have only one and can't find new ones anymore so i have to buy another racket.

I would like to hear some suggestions for another racket. These are a few rackets i was thinking about.

-prince ozone pro tour
-youtek prestige pro
-wilson blx(although sw seems too high with 338)
-babolat pure storm tour
-aerostorm tour

I want a midplus racket(95-100) with a relatively open pattern as it seems to open the sweetspot more.

I'm a relative flat hitter with a good serve and volley. I tried a few rackets in another weight category which was not a great succes.

I would like to hear some opinions about which racket i should try . I don't like to demo too many rackets.

Wilson peaked with the ncodes. Just gonna have to keep tryin out demos until we can get past the BLX tragedy.

Vantage 95...

These frames are a very good choice imo for ppl transitioning from the 6.1's... if you get it specked right you'll get a superb quality, very good all rounder frame with similar traits.

Martin, I have 3 matched Ncode six-one 95's 16x18, and 4 3/8 to sell. Their weight and balance are matched within 1g. They're in 8/10, 8/10, and 9/10 condition.

Thanks but the problem is that i had two ncodes 6.1 with totally different swingweights, static weight and even difference in length. I sold the heavy one and kept the lighter one.
I should measure the sw and balance of this ncode and then find a similar one.

Maybe the new Dunlop AG4D200 Tour at 12.3 oz and 95 sq. in.

"With the success of the Aerogel 200 as well as the Aerogel 4D 200, the Aerogel 4D 200 Tour offers that same player's feel but with a lively open string pattern. Weighing in at over 12 ounces, this racquet offers good stability and ball driving plow through. From the baseline, the Aerogel 4D 200 Tour comes through the ball with minimal torque, providing a solid feel at impact. The 16x18 string pattern offers access to spin both with topspin and slice. At net, the stability shines as this stick again offers a solid feel while keeping off center volleys on line. It also provides nice feel with the delicate angle and touch volleys. The Aerogel 4D 200 Tour is a great option for the advanced all-court player looking for a more open string pattern. Recommended for the 4.5+ rated player."

What about the new Pacific X force Tour? The only difference is that its a 16x20 not 16x18. But other than that its about the same

A sw of 352 is a little too much for me. I might go for a ytpp or a blx95. I never played with head because of the dense pattern but the prestige pro might be interesting.

the OPT imo is the best baseline racket available that is also fantastic at the net, Really worth demoing. Great spin, too much in a way, volleys were good, although i struggled with the serve with it but i did add a load of lead and it had a very high SW.
Also the PST is a really good stick, if a little tinny, but ive added a bit of lead and its now very stable and it certainly has some pop. Great serve and a solid volley with added weight to the hoop. Easy from the bseline.

I would lso give the Vantage 95 a go and choose your own spec.

I went to the vantage site and i think this is a very good idea.
Only problem is that i can't make up my mind if i should go for a vt221, 63 RA or vt222 70 RA.

In terms of feel:

Is the 63 RA comparable with the yonex 500 rdx??
And the 70 RA comparable with the psc 6.1??

Anyone who played the vantage vt221 in 63 and vt222, 70 RA???

I have the 221 with a 63 RA... re feel in my opinion it could best be summarized as very crisp with soft undertones... all I can say is imo it really is very nice indeed... and I'd point out, I do usually prefer a soft feel from my frame's string-bed.

From what I understand of the RDX 500, the V isn't as soft and flexy. My Vs certainly aren't as soft as my RD7s, C10 Pro, or PT630...

All subjective of course, but, for me, the easy to use, easy to customize, very solid, smooth, nice power/control combo, good spin and flat hitting, slightly dampened, foam-in-handle filled V 221 has a highly distinctive 'quality' feel... yep, think crisp with a bit of softness!

Re the 70 RA Vs - sorry, haven't used them... however, I know a lot of ex 6.1 users have, so you'd imagine there must surely be some shared characteristics?... post in the vantage 95 thread maybe?

Great to know it isn't like the rdx500 as i felt it was a little underpowered and i didn't like the flex. Actually the power level was ok on faster courts but on clay i struggled.
I've read some posts about the vantage and i think this should be a great racket but it's not easy to decide which specifications is best for me.

I'm looking for a racket which has similarities with psc 6.1 or ncode 6.1 but in a lighter package and still with good plowthrough and stability.

I'm not sure if i should go for the 12 or 10 headlight balance and if i should go for 320 or 330 grams.

I don't like leadtape so i have to get it right.

Is that 320-330g strung or unstrung? If it's strung, I'd recommend the TT Warrior MP. With it's 23mm straight beam, open 16x20 string pattern, and medium stiffness, it has a very similar feel to the n6.1 95. I played with it most of last year before switching back to the n6.1.

You're not going to get the same plowthrough and stability as the 6.1 which is almost a full ounce heavier, but it's a pretty solid feeling stick for 11.3oz.

It is unstrung and i'm going for a custom vantage 95 but don't know which one.

The 63 feels "crisper" than the yonex, and the 70 feels softer than the 6.1.

the 63ra is crisper as Od1n says and imo plays slightly stiffer than its RA but doesnt feel stiff haha !!!

As for the 70 it hurt my arm within 10 mins, the only other racket to have done this to me is the k95.

Its more powerful than most 95s ive hit with, very control orientated but more than anything very stable and solid, great s&v racket and good all court, does everything well, no twisting neither.

As for spec remember 10pts/12pts unstrung turns into 8/10pts strung.

Played today with my ncode 6.1 and i think i need a softer racket. My arm and shoulder started to hurt in the second set.

In rallies i would like a racket with a little less power so maybe the vantage with 63 flex is the way to go.
Still not sure about the weight 320 or 330.
