Replacing a leather grip

Recently I bought an aeropro drive 2013, and immediately replace a wilson leather grip to the original synthetic one.

As I don't have a scale on my hand now, I want to ask:

1. How much weight does this change add to my racquet?
2. Does the added weight the same as adding lead tape (for the same weight) under the buttcap?

Thanks for your help!

It won't be exactly the same as adding weight under the butt cap as the leather grip will add weight thats distributed over the entire handle. There is a noticeable difference, though probably slight.

When I measured the pre/post leather grip change on my Yonex, I measured a .9 oz difference. This will vary with which grip you changed to, how long the handle is, etc. But you can expect a very large weight difference.
