I purchased a Volkl Power Bridge 10 Mid in almost mint condition a while ago, however it comes with the grip size L5 and leather grip installed, which makes the handle really big. With my standard 0.6mm Technifibre Pro Contact overgrip, it becomes even bigger (I prefer L3 or L4).

I know that it is possible to replace grip pallets on Volkl racquets, but I am not sure which model to order on Tennis Warehouse website. Is this the right one:

yes it is.

looks like the right one to me.

search for threads about replacing Volkl pallets. It's not so simple and you can easily break them if you are not careful.

I just read several threads, as you suggested... My biggest concern is lack of staple gun, so I am not sure if I should proceed without it? I saw that some people installed pallets without stapling the butt cap at the end. Do you think it is necessary to fix it that way (I will buy a staple gun if I have to)?

Don't need one. Just remove the staples carefully and you will be able to tap it back in with a small hammer when you are done. Just keep the points straight and tap straight into the handle.

if u have a" good " tennis shop they should have a staple gun. have them do it, then u wrap the pallet with double sided tape and put your grip on.
go slow removing the old pallet patience is king.

use a hair drier on the pallet before removing it. softens up the adhesive. If it comes off clean, good idea to keep it for possible resale

Thank you all for valuable tips! Unfortunately, there are no tennis shops here that sell or service Volkl racquets (only skis), so I don't see any benefit of taking it to the tennis shop (I will certainly have more patience with my own racquet :)
