Volkl C10 - close to the 6.1 in spec with a plusher feel. It's been in production forever...likely to stay that way.

I’ve been playing with the Wilson Blade SW 104 and I love it! The 18x19 string bed is great and the racquet has a great sweet spot. It’s a bit heavier too which I prefer. I recently tried the Wilson Clash and loved it. I have switched to that racquet. I have a Babolat Pure Strike that I enjoy and was my racquet before the Blade. However, for me, it left more to be desired that the Blade filled. I loved how easy the Pure Strike was to swing. I love the Wilson Clash because it plays like my Blade but swings more like the Pure Strike. I love all three racquets as they’ve been apart of the evolution of my game. You can’t go wrong with either one in my opinion. For me, the Clash combined two that I love. I would recommend demoing them if you can to see how they feel when you swing them. The only issue is the string is usually garbage on the demos and I have gut/4g or gut/rpm in mine so they will feel different!

My suggestions and some are repeats of others above:
1. Wilson Pro Staff - I suggest getting the lighter one and leading it up a bit but you might prefer the heavier RF model. This will be similar to your 6.1 with a slightly larger head and 16x19 pattern.
2. Wilson Ultra Tour - 18x20 pattern and gets good feedback but I've never tried this model.
3. Volkl V1 Pro - I played an older 6.1 model and played the v1 pro. I leaded the v1 pro to 6HL with sw around 335+ and I found them very similar. you'll have to lead up the v1 pro though
4. Volkl 10 series and lead up the SW a bit.
5. yonnex vcore line - I've demo-ed the 100 a couple of times. it is a good frame but again might need a little lead
6. Wilson clash tour - I have 2 of these now. I added 2.5g total at 3 and 9 o'clock and an overgrip and am good to go. these have a bit of the old school feel (flex) with some of the modern attributes such as 100" head, 16x19 pattern. They are more flexible than most modern rackets.

is the duel G the superior version of the vcore pro 97?

i know it's the older model but a lot of reviewers tout it as the superior racket in terms of control and stability

there are several v1 and 10 series rackets do you have a specific one in mind?

anyone played with the new wilson clash rackets?
I played with the Blade SW104 and love it but then played with the Clash and now have two...
For me, it had the power and control of my Blade but was more maneuverable. I’m actually kinda sad because I love my Blade so much but now I love the Clash and have been playing with it! I’ve added about an oz to it (tungsten two at 10/2 and counter in the handle and it feels way more stable on impact). It does have a bit more pop on my forehand, but I have also made an adjustment to my forehand and am trying to iron it out and that could be it too . Mine is strung with gut/4g. The only think I liked more about my Blade is serving with it. However, I played with that racquet for so long I just have to get used to a new racquet.
