I just called Reebok to send in my Pump Triple Breaks. The pumps in the heel have both lost traction and now have small punctures in them which cause the pump to not work. They approved my warranty, but I need a bit of help so I don't screw up and waiting 4-6 weeks for Reebok to tell me that I made an error in my return. The warranty person told me that this is what I should write down: Reebok International Attn: Quality Control Warranty Number: (censored) Dept. Number 1374001 700 Indian Springs Drive, Lancaster PA, 17601 What else should I put down? Return address, cell #, name, etc? I haven't ever returned a shoe for warranty, so help is appreciated.
