Unfortunately I have some problems with the hat. The first complain is the peak which feels really flimsy and cheap. It's also bigger than every uniqlo cap that I own so the fit is definitely not for everyone. To me at least it seems to be of much lower quality than the ND cap (which was 98% cotton, 2% elastane), it's much thinner for sure. It may be a good thing for some, because as far as 100% cotton caps go this might be the best one to play tennis in due to it being very light and almost polyester like. RF logo is massive and there's a lot of things going on in the back (Uniqlo logos, GO ROGER and another small RF logo), but all of those are very subjective.

What is worrying though is how they mislead us with band photos on the inside of the cap. They look completely different in the retail verison (on the left) and remind me of the ND PE cap (on the right).

On the positive side the green cap looks absolutely fantastic and I'd personally recommend getting that one if you can.

I didn't say that the ND hat was bulky. When it comes to cotton (or any other material) the thickness doesn't have to represent quality, each case has to be judged seperately. The ND cap in this case is closer to what you'd expect cotton Lacoste or Fred Perry cap feel like, while RF cap while not as bad can remind some of those wish or aliexpress caps (mostly when it comes to the peak). You wouldn't call Lacoste tennis polo bulky because it's thicker than go sport or walmart polyester shirts. The cap is fine, but the EU price seems to be more about it being RF branded than actual quality item, completely unlike their other tennis gear (especially socks and wristbands).Since when thick bulky items signify "quality"? If anything, it is the other way around.

Where can you find that dark green RF hat?
My only problem is it’s scratchy cause it’s cotton but I’m used to dri fit and other hats with sweat wicking materials, but it’s beautiful. I got the blue with white text for ChristmasYou can't now. They restocked them after the initial release, but they are also sold out, and the second restock was quite substantial: I bought for family members and friends around 15 from exactly the dark green colour way, and I know a friend that bought another 20 from the same place. They were in stock also elsewhere. That was on 20.12.
The quality of the cap is quite good. I don't understand the complaints about the bill being "cheap" or too big. It is neither. The bill (from the base of the bill to the edge) measures 7 centimetres. The the whole cap back to front - 29 centimetres. The embroidery is fantastic.

Federer hats on sale at TW now
That’s really surprising that Uniqlo is willing to sell their products outside of their stores.Federer hats on sale at TW now
Some of my Nike RFs fit way off too. My purple/lava one from the French fits so much smaller than my USO one from just a few months laterUgh, why all cotton? My last GoRoger Uniqlo hat is not a good fit, feels like it never really is on my head (note: I don't have a huge head either). Maybe these are improved but I have my Nike RF's (DriFit) still so will keep them around and see if these improve.
thanks for the quick reply, i took a chance and just ordered the green one, most hats I have to extend the strap out 100% and it still barely fits! HEED! Pants NOW! But hopefully this will fit now that I've gotten a short haircut as well. How are they at sweat absorption and overall comfort?@FlamingCheeto I too have a pretty big head, My RF hat fits great only had to let the strap out 1/4". I happened to have a tape measure handy and my head is ~23.5" around lol
Hope this helps!
Key quote: The unveiling of the Uniqlo hats late last year came several months after news broke that the “RF” trademark had been sold by Nike. The buyer? A Bottmingen, Switzerland-based company called Tenro AG – i.e., a Federer-owned holding company that houses the Swiss tennis star’s portfolio of intellectual property assets. Until recently, the “RF” logo was not in that arsenal.

A Look at the Making, Marketing of the Famous Federer "RF" Logo
Tennis champ Roger Federer had little choice but to ditch the stylized logo when his contract with Nike came to a close in 2018.www.thefashionlaw.com
It would be nice to see a discreet RF on his shirts and shorts; maybe taking the place of the Uniqlo logo on this sleeve and socks
