No I don't. The only time I had callouses that looked like that is back when I was playing a ton of golf.
I'm guessing it's related to your overgrip. Either the grip is too sticky and bothering your skin, or the grip is too slippery which causes you to grip harder. My personal recommendation is Yonex Super Grap, but you should try multiple options and see what works best for you.
Yeah it's 4 1/4. I already put 2 overgrips on. Maybe I should put another overgrip.Grip also may be too small
Is it the 400 SW racquet you get callouses with?Yeah it's 4 1/4. I already put 2 overgrips on. Maybe I should put another overgrip.
I specifically asked if their left hand has callouses like mine. I didn't say it's only an issue for a right handed players. Why would this be an issue only for right-handed players?
I get them under my ring finger, not my middle finger. I also get one further down closer to the palm sort of in the middle of my index and middle finger.I've been practicing my new 2 handed backhand daily and I got callouses under the ring finger and middle finger of my left hand.
I wonder if I should add another overgrip to prevent more callouses or is this normal for two handed backhand players?

I was calling your thread title into question. It implies otherwise.I specifically asked if their left hand has callouses like mine. I didn't say it's only an issue for a right handed players.
Gripping too hard? I don't have any on left hand.I've been practicing my new 2 handed backhand daily and I got callouses under the ring finger and middle finger of my left hand.
I wonder if I should add another overgrip to prevent more callouses or is this normal for two handed backhand players?

Yes! I used to get callouses. Now that my grip is huge not a callous on me!I've been practicing my new 2 handed backhand daily and I got callouses under the ring finger and middle finger of my left hand.

That could be it. When I want to flatten the backhand I tend to grip it harder. I grip it quite loosely when I hit topspin or moon ball backhand.Gripping too hard? I don't have any on left hand.
Yeah I forgot to add "of the left hand" on the title. But I did mention it in the first post.I was calling your thread title into question. It implies otherwise.
On your left hand?I get them under my ring finger, not my middle finger. I also get one further down closer to the palm sort of in the middle of my index and middle finger.
I've added another overgrip, so that's 3 overgrips on top of leather grip on 4 ¼ handle.Grip also may be too small
Leather grip might be the cause, try a new replacement grip + overgrip.I've added another overgrip, so that's 3 overgrips on top of leather grip on 4 ¼ handle.
It definitely feels more comfortable now for my left hand.
On your left hand?
I got callous on the middle of my right hand's palm, the location is below the ring finger, only when I practice Henin one handed backhand.
No, not necessary. No need to specify "Righty" in the thread title at all.Yeah I forgot to add "of the left hand" on the title. But I did mention it in the first post.
Gripping too tightly with your top (left) hand? The top hand moves a lot more than the bottom hand when executing a 2hBh. For many players the top hand takes on a more dominant role in the Bh. For these reasons, you might be squeezing too much with your top hand.Adding one more overgrip definitely helps. The callouses are getting smoother now and it really feels more comfortable for my left hand.
