I think you tagged me! I just missed it. Completely my fault, it's all good! Giving people a chance to gain some doubles points on meIt's odd I missed your name while tagging.

Nice, into a doubles SF without knowing. So just choose how many games in the whole match right? Teamwork and positive encouragement are key to doubles. Good work @sosa09

@The Green Mile, this time the doubles SF is simply your and sosa's cumulative results for the round of 16 matches today. You are lucky not to be up against PDJ and Darcy who are doubles sharks and play to win. But you are out of the frying pan and into the fire with Kishanbe who is number one in the race and rankings despite not having a consistent partner (BigD snapped him up as partner this time.)Didn't know that either lol

Don't feel bad. Upsets a plenty in the grass season and you might have done great then (like me ), but now its been horrible and some of us have rocketed to the bottom of the league. The head to head has really lied in this tournament and ranking has generally taken precedent except for a few wonderful exceptions.I'm predicting upsets left right and centre. I did get Delpo right though
It sounds like doubles while hinder my singles though? Or is that just me being thick? Anyway, Kishnabe dominance ends now.@The Green Mile, this time the doubles SF is simply your and sosa's cumulative results for the round of 16 matches today. @sosa09 its incumbent upon you and possibly greenie to converse and monitor the matches today. See how your team is doing and then you may wish to alter picks. As the lower achieving player it usually falls to you to alter picks away from what you might think is best in singles. Its very possible you could be ahead or behind toward the end of the day and altering a pick or two might ensure victory or give you a chance when defeat was ensured. Sometimes its better for the top player to change if they appear to have an ill advised pick.
Gnana was watching our doubles this time and he and I would have nudged pdj and darcy and squeeked into the SFs if Cuevas had won in 3 sets last night. Take a look at the doubles, for players out of contention its a very interesting game that give you a chance for a medal even if you have had a poor league until now. The strategy for doubles at the end is usually much more intricate than singles.
Doubles sharks!!! Nice. How very Olympian of you.@The Green Mile, this time the doubles SF is simply your and sosa's cumulative results for the round of 16 matches today. And given we've not made the cut in ages it appears we're not especially good at "playing to win".
Still.......
The digs become tiresome. And unfair. He looks a bit lost since the saturday
