Sinner is still going to win. Once he relaxes and starts playing his top game more. However, this is a reminder that he probably still got a bit to go on clay yet. I don’t see him passing alcaraz here and his quarter final will be tough too.
Sinner enjoys the matchup with Alcaraz and he was injured in their last match and gave him a breadstick. Too early to say. I think if he had a perfectly injury free season he’d be going into RG undefeated with 6 titles

Nadal destroyed this "clown" two years ago.

Sinner loses the first set but shows signs of life.

Moutet's level is still relatively high and with the crowd he'll keep motivated it seems.

That was some rally. Moutet is really dug in and another break to the good. I’m shocked I have to admit. Surely he can’t keep this up

Sinner and his toothpick legs just don't work well on clay, and that's why he's only ever won 2022 Umag.
Alcaraz can win everywhere, literally about to complete a 3rd leg of the Career Grand Slam, and he's nearly 2 years younger than Sinner.
I'm so glad I didn't get sucked into Sinner, when even his AO title was fool's gold, playing the worst version of Djokovic ever, and only beating Medvedev because of the 6 hour difference...
Don't count out Nadal either (he was up breaks in the 2nd and 3rd Sets vs. Zverev), Roland Garros 2025 will be even harder for Sinner, and by 2026 we'll be entering Alcaraz's prime years.

Sinner probably has to be down two sets to love and a break before I'd get REALLY concerned for him - but he (and Moutet) sure aren't making it it easy on him.

Moutet must be an extraordinary headcase because he has mad skills and should have better than 2 slams 4th round appearances on his resume. Sinner wasn't even playing poorly in that game and he got beat.

This is the hyperinflation era, where the current "best player in the world" can't handle the world number 79 and some French yobs qui lui crient beaucoup dessus. Au revoir petit Jannik

This Moutet beats Djoker from last night and Nadal from R1 btw. They should count themselves lucky

Dammit. Tennis Channel and all of my other satellite channels aren’t televising the French Open at this moment.

What the hell is wrong with Sinner today? Is his hip affecting his serving? He’s getting trashed on the scoreboard, but I have no idea why.
