Well, you can bet if there were a couple of grass masters, Federer's tally would be even higher, considering he can only play 250s and 500s on his fav surface. And Dubai and Basel has had some stiff competition, lets not forget he beat Del Potro in a couple of dog fights in Basel finals, and has beaten Djokovic a few times in Dubai and Basel final also.
