rogers new frame update,

Doesn't a legit poster who knows Dimitrov say that Gregor tried the Fed Frame and said it was hard to use? I mean if Dimitrov thinks that, imagine us.

It it does indeed weight around 365, it may be more of a novelty stick to have in the bag, but if it feels like a k90, I bet a lot of people will try to use it anyway.

I would have thought that it would be something easier to use, not harder as you want more easy power and spin as you get older so that there's less stress on your body.

That said, there are lots of people here who wouldn't have a problem with with 365 grams given that a lot of people here have tried out the KPS88.

You should give X-one biphase a try

Or gut, for that matter.
I find X-One Biphase to be a much stiffer multi than Sensation. So it depends on what you're looking for. Since I prefer comfort above all else, I prefer Sensation. It also depends on the size of your racquet as stiffer strings generally work better on larger frames.

The KPS 88 is amazing. What a stick. I used it for one day and sold it immediately to JoelDali who uses them full time.

It's a rather demanding stick unless you commit to it.

:)

I can say with 100% certainty that RFRF is the real deal. I have seen his resident and he has almost every racquet Roger has used personally as well as Pete Sampras. He place looks like a Tennis Hall of Fame museum.

His contacts are legit and he is sincere and very trustworthy.

If you don't believe him then it's your loss.

Just trying to set the record straight should there be any doubt.

Cheers.
John

..... It's as simple as posting a photo..... Someone going on the internet and saying he spoke with a rep who has inside knowledge isn't evidence. It's no loss because none of us has seen anything.

What 'new' knowledge has RFRF told us?

I can see with my own eyes it has a PWS, it's relatively thick for a blade cross pro staff hybrid 98 sq inch. Commentators told us its 98 sq inches.

I can imagine it will get a mass production green light soon when Fed feels comfortable to endorse it.

"Pretty well" - blow your own argument out of the water. If you want to think 'custom pallet' is just the groove for his pinky, that's your right to be wrong.

What would you expect Nate F to say? If he divulges anything his company will lose every high profile (high paying) customer.

I know people who've held his old racquet - it was a lot heavier than what any visible lead tape could product. As are many pros racquets. They need the stability.
Well we have to disagree on this one. And I never said anything about Federers pinky.

And that measurements of Federers actual racket matches pretty well with a K90 with a few grams on the top, stringsavers, powerpads and overgrip does not blow my argument out of the water, on the contrary.

i thought roger said in the last tournament hes very happy with the racquet but hes still playing with a prototype because he might want to change a little tweak here or there before they mass produce the racquet, thats apparently the hold up, not that he may go back to the 90. i think the 90 is history as far as hes concerned.

i think wilson doesnt want to be like donnay who made the pro one for agassi and mass produced it before he was completely happy with it and then had to change to again (ltd. edition) and mass re-produce it

i didn't mean that literally,,,,, it was moreof an example, to show no one really knows, and obviously, even Federer doesn't know, as he is still wating to "tweak" the frame. Perhaps he ends up with a 100, or 95 sq inch. Or, he just stays with the 98. But one thing is certain, he is still using a blacked out frame, so this means everything is on hold, and Wilson can't mass produce anything.

I hope they release this H22?? with the PWS and 6 strings going thru bridge. Would make for a great frame. i hope they even keep the matte black paintjob. Looks awesome.

If you guys only knew what RFRF has up on his walls in sealed plexiglass picture frames you would think you died and went to tennis heaven. You need serious connections to get the priceless pieces he has.

Let's be thankful we have someone that's willing to share this kind of valuable info.

Cheers to RFRF!

i assume he didn't like my photos of my old post when i got rogers actual racquet so I'm willing to show it to him in person.

I thought you said you had one of Roger's new 98 sq inches?

I'm not saying you dont have the 90s, you're very lucky. Can you show me this photo of you holding or at least a photo of one of Fed's 98 sq inches that belongs to you now.

I will retract everything I said, all I am looking for is proof you have actually met with a rep, know details and have a 98 sq inch Fed frame

Thanks

Super if you can handle the weight. I used it for 3 weeks and my rotator cuff hurt for 2 months...

black matte PJ is good ?? wow that is the most boringest pj ever. Wilson won't sell with that kind of PJ

Guys RFRF has Rogers older frame, hence the mis-communication.

He posted the pics. He also has a sick two tone Rolex watch that I would like to borrow if at all possible.

I battled the council of Bloomberg 4.0 GOATs at Roosevelt Island tonight and beheaded each of them with a first generation KPS 88.

GOATing.

Just imagine a KPS88-style matte-black PJ with a little more red and no gold.

@PeterFig: Zoom into the picture of the racquet link below and you will find differences in the colours (comparing to the one you mentioned as being the recreational racquet):

http://i1332.photobucket.com/albums/w613/milzy89/Roger Federer/fed2_zpsd0b5e93b.jpg

@Nostradamus: I am not sure if it's a fake or Roger's racquet with the new colours. I am only saying it 'may be' his racquet and we will find out soon.

I could not find the exact model - but it's in that design family (there are various variations / models for different markets) of recreational racquets.

Great eye spotting a different design in his hand from those photos, but unfortunately that's not "the one" :)

Good. Although the photos are blurry, that paintjob looks kinda plain, nothing really cool.

Let's see Federer using a racquet that's mostly black for once with little or no red or white.

Does Roger know his new racket is driving this forum members insane with anticipation and desire to possess this item ?

I know for a fact some of the top 3.5 guys in Great Neck are switching to this stick. If they do I may as well.
