Wanna join me in my bomb shelter? Little do you know it's actually my store for awesome ATP inspired products. Federer's crew cut shirt has inspired a nice noose, perfect for choking.

Cilic, why do you hurt me so?

you and me alone in a bomb shelter with armpit curlers??? :D :D

Feli's antics on court after Cilic's UE fest are a bit over the top. Anyway, break for the Spaniard, Marin and clay don't mix up too well.

FLO is choking... his serve the only thing saving him right now... 4 aces in this game and he still can't win it.

And he finally takes it with an ace, good win for him.

He's facing another Croat next, veteran Ljubo.

Belluci v. Djovovic should be interesting.

LG, who are you for in Giraldo v. Tsonga?

I dont know what to think .... I didnt see Giraldo beat JCF 60, 63 in less than an hour a couple days ago ... still can't imagine it, unless JCF tanked it ...

TBH, I don't like looking at that stupid "got into his mother's jewelry box" look of JWT's big pearl earrings, so I wouldn't mind if he got upset! :p

OTOH, I'll definitely try to get up early (4 a.m. Pacific) to see what happens in Bellucci (#28 ) vs. Djokovic (#2). Even tho Novak lost to #12 last week in MC, and as much as I'd like to see Thomaz beat him this week, Bell's performance against Ferru last week was disappointing, even tho he was good in the first half of the first set. That was the QF, and tomorrow's just the 3rd round, so *maybe* Bell will have enough gas left tomorrow to make a go of it vs. Nole, even tho I expect Nole to win! :)

I thought they were diamonds, but I don't like them either.
It's too bad, too, because I think he's a handsome guy.

(I mean, no Rafa/Fer, but there's only one of each of those in the whole wide world... :? )

I'm fascinated because it's their first meeting. And both are in good form.
Hard to call. We will see.
(Don't envy you your wakeup time ...)

Terrific CC BH winner from Novak, great transition from defense to offense from him.

And Bellucci double faults to give Novak the set 6-4.

Some nice rallies in this match.

Some good returns in last game by Nole but he really needs to raise level against Verdasco, he had his off times during this match.

Verdasco is winning against García Lopez.

What strikes me most in recent days is how Verdasco's style on clay has begun to resemble Nadal's.

He broke García-Lopez with a game of incredible passings. Very very Nadal-like.

I agree. At some points during the Barcelona Final, I had to do a double take and make sure it wasn't Rafa playing. He's certainly imbibed a lot of Rafa's style and shots very well.

Djokovic through to the QF's where Verdasco waits. Damn it was like the other day when they went up against each other in Monte Carlo. Hoping for an exciting match.

Jo will be serving for the match in a few moments. It would be a pretty good result for him to be in the QF.

Dare I hope to see a Nole-Jo SF?

Looks like Nadal's draw is going to be easier than expected: Kohlschreiber, Hanescu, Wawrinka, Lopez/Gulbis, and maybe Djoker?

No top-tens until the final (and maybe, not even so)

It wasn't likely that he was going to face all three (sod, federer and djokovic). He can be on cruise control with that lineup.
