I've been using the Ripple 1.14 for 2 months and am convinced this is the best paddle overall for its balance of power, spin and touch. It's simply phenomenal in every aspect of the game.

I've tried a number of power paddles (GB PPE, GB PU, Joola Perseus Mod TA-15, Diadem Hush) and could not make them work for the soft/control part of the game like drops, resets and dinks, after break-in. The ball exited the paddle face too hot and too unpredictably. They ended up hurting my game and frustrated me.

The Ripple is predictable for drives and dinks, has a ton of spin and dwell time and it's controllable for touch and feel. There is also minimal power increase after break-in.

This is the one to try if you're on the fence for a power paddle.

I tried it for just one game and it was phenomenal at the net. I saw an instant improvement but couldn't quite control power on drives. My drives were going long for some reason. I'm used to playing with a J2K so not sure if it was just a matter of giving it more time to get familiar with it.
Was curious to get your feedback on this since it looks like you have been playing with it for a while now. Did it take you time to adjust to drives or any other aspect of the game with the Ripple 1.14?
