Rublev's Zebra Wilson, is it... a six one 95 ?

I was looking for some threads and it seems Andrey Rublev went through a period of testing out new frames for example at the NextGen finals two years ago with his blue en red Wilsons in the same bag and playing with both.
Now he has find some form again after some injuries at Hamburg 2019 and Cinci 2019. With that zebra paint job it is difficult to see, but it seems that the PWS is actually at the 3 and 9 clock positions on his frame now ? What do you think is he back using his old six one 95 classic frame (18x20) instead of an H19 or H22 ?

Rublev just switched from his zebra to a blacked out frame very, ver early in the first set...not sure the new frame has the pws.

Very odd behavior, commentators were just talking about it right now and mentioned he supposedly doesn’t have a sponsor.

I'm pretty confident it's a head gravity pro from what I could see. Seems the same and no red buttcap, no Wilson stencil and the strings aren't his usual.

Yes, very interesting. I wonder if he just wasn't feeling the Wilson and thought to try the Head racquet. He just keeps swinging for the fences. In the 2nd set he went back so who knows whats going on. He was shanking a lot, and the funny thing was he switched back after 2 games in the second to the head frame.

So he wins the best match of his career... then decides to try a different racquet half way through his next match. He must be one of us!

He should concentrate on strengthening up instead. Murray has a similar physique when he started out, adding some lbs of muscle was a game changer for him.

It is a pity as the Six one 95 seemed to work for him. The Head Gravity seems to create troubles for Zverev as well or maybe just confidence issues. Now that Rublev found some form and confidence and just before a big event like US open he tries to change his racquets.

Kind the same situation of Karen Khachanov at the start of this season...was playing well with his Wilson H22 and changed to Head...results didn't come and he went back for Wilson now.

not exactly.
Rublev was switching frames during his matches long before defeating Roger.
For example like it happened at the NextGen Final.
There is as well an audio of his discussion with the coach during the break about it.
I'm sure you can find it.
