He definitely cops quite a bit of flak given his CV, but this year has not gone particularly well for him. After winning his third round match at the US Open he lost 8 of his next 9 matches. Did well to beat Alcaraz yesterday so maybe there's a chance he gets back on track.

A lot of the crap Ruud gets, is for actually making slam finals.
