I was in San Juan a while back. I stayed at the AC Hotel. If this hotel is on Ashford, this does have tennis courts.
I would have coffee at that Starbucks across the street and see a lot of people walking around with tennis racquets and bags, especially juniors. I never did figure out if it was public or private.
