I feel its approriate given his track record at Grand Slams so far. He is still young and while he is the most favorable of the “next gen” I just think he does better psychologically in smaller tournaments or ones that favor his conditions.
I do still think he will be the closest out of anyone(probably aside from Khachanov) to get closer and closer and make deeper runs at the slams. But until I seefierher proof I just turn my hear away at people hyping him up so much, but the same can be said for a few others
Until then I think Z really needs to dig down inside and work on his mental game still
Moral USO title went to Khachanov already, so as usual Zverev has been outdone at a slam. First time he’s been outdone twice at the same slam though probably.
I think Sinner is the only player that could beat Zverev at this US Open. Carlos is better on clay and grass, but I think the season has taken its toll and Zverev is well rested after Wimby. He will be deadly by the semis.
