Either all schools in the division should play out all the matches, or they all get the choice to stop at 4. A rule like this one decided by the conference is just not smart when other schools can save their players health stopping after the match is decided. Early in the season, I can see why teams would play them out to ensure getting all players complete matches. You're right, play out a meaningless late season match and get hurt, what good is that? Besides, once a match is decided, the advantage often goes to the players on the team that have lost the match, they have nothing to lose so they often just hit out with no repercussions for missing.

Ole Miss is back on track, nice SEC finish, only one worse loss was that 3-0 turning into a 3-4 loss @ LSU

Agree nice finish, but Tennessee was not a good loss either. If they had both those it would be lot better looking. Had a match point in doubles against South Carolina that would have been the difference in a win vs a loss. They're playing much better in singles and minus the Kentucky match, they are pretty solid in doubles.

They didn't just win, they waxed Auburn. Fabian Fallert moved up a spot and posted a double-bagel. He's having a great year for them. I am not sure if Auburn thought it would be easy knowing Hansson and Babic were out or if Ole Miss just played like they had nothing to lose.

I haven't seen anything that indicates why they were out. The recap didn't mention anything about either player and the coach didn't mention anything in his quote either.

Mississippi State with a big time win over Texas A&M. And this is after they looked beaten vs South Carolina in the quarters. They were down in many matches in that one but rallied

Gators are my team and they challenged Georgia. Hoping for a run at NCAA's. There are so many amazing sec teams, I think it's the best conference

Certainly not this year. The SEC will be lucky to get a team into the NCAA semis. It's possible that they don't even get a team into the quarters.
