Sectionals for Pilot Tri-level league

Hey guys, got a question here...

Does anyone know if there will be a playoff season for the pilot Tri-Level leagues? Our league coordinator doesn't know but I was hoping maybe someone here might have some inside information. I play in southern california...

Ok...so it turns out that it starts on Feb 1st at Indian Wells. I heard the match ups might also up as well but i can't find that info on the USTA website yet...can anyone help me out with this? The team captain usually gets the info (if they sent it) but my captain is unavailable right now...
