Why bother turning up? I was surprised she actually went considering just a couple days earlier she was at the Met Gala. Looked fine in her first match anyway. Maybe just wanted some practice.

I think FO 2018 . Her 2017 kits on clay were the most epic though :)

Some of the EleVen outfits I haven't liked because she has taken slightly too big a risk, but most of the stuff she does is consistently good. She has been killing it for a while now, particularly in terms of the EleVen prints outfits and colour choices.

I love when people appreciate her fashion :) she's underrated for sure. Women's kits are generally extremely boring and she managed to actually look epic a lot of times.

well good luck with her winning anything more than a 250
Federer won a slam in 2018, and Court won a slam after having a baby. Serena has to believe that she has a shot at claiming the slam record by the time she retire.

Her level is nothing like Federer's, even Fed from the second half of 2018. She's atrocious now.

Have you seen her lately? She looks like Evander Holyfield.
I remember Ali vs. Holmes in 1980("The Last Hurrah").

Ali was a shadow of his former-self and should have retire, but he chose to fight because he still believe he can beat peak Holmes. The result was humiliating loss, because he was a punchbag.

The point is ATG with so much past success are sometime cloud their judgement even though they are way past their prime.

Retire already.
Serena is always injured, looks out of shape (for a tennis player), seems winded during play and doesn't seem all that interested anymore.

It's time to retire.
She reached the 4R, F, F and QF of the last 4 slams she was in? Barring Osaka, and Kerber/Halep (as they won one each), Serena had better results than pretty much anyone in the Top 10.

I wish her well but Serena could be a big drama queen.

It would be cool if Venus somehow manages to win Rome. I love Venus so much. Great lady (y).
