ITIA President Nicole Sapstead has been embroiled in a major doping scandal.

The president of ITIA, Nicole Sapstead, who accused Simona Halep of doping, is involved in a big scandal regarding anti-doping controls.

Tennis' governing body has been accused of being permissive about doping after an investigation found the International Tennis Federation was letting the world's top players schedule their own anti-doping tests.
Players have been urged to secure time slots for blood tests ahead of this year's Miami Open, a method which anti-doping experts say makes a "huge difference" to cheaters trying to escape detection.
Players were also notified that blood samples would be taken before the 2019 French Open and last year's US Open. The former president of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) compared tennis's approach to cycling's much-criticized failure to expose Lance Armstrong's years of drug use.

Serious Doping Test Allegations,
The International Tennis Federation (ITF) has also been accused of inflating the number of anti-doping tests it carries out after it was found to have published "misleading" data.
"I don't think the ITF should announce when they are going to test athletes for doping. It is the same as in the past in cycling when they announced that they would test all athletes on the eve of the Tour de France. It's not good." said Luis Horta, the former head of Portugal's anti-doping agency.
Nicole Sapstead is the former Chief Executive of UK Anti-Doping (UKAD), who is currently Director of the ITF Anti-Doping Programme.
The Daily Mail has obtained evidence that Sapstead wrote to players informing them they would be tested in the days leading up to this year's Miami Open, which began in March.
Before the US and Miami Open tournaments, players were invited to book time slots to undergo these tests through the online "Tennis Anti-Doping Portal".
A message sent by Sapstead ahead of the Miami Open read: "Appointments to provide the ABP sample will be made between 09:00 and 18:00 each day (March 19-22, 2022) and will be allocated based on the "first come, first served" principle.
Thus, the players were notified up to four days before the test.

More negativity for the poor and beaten Halep! They just can't leave her alone, can they? Tripping her of her feet and beating her wasn't enough, now they have to pour down kerosene on her and set her on fire...
